Both bedrooms upstairs with king beds – each with its own balcony and walk-in closet. Unique quiet end unit location in the complex, difficult to find this close to the beach. Upon checkout you will see a “Property Fee” $500. This will be refunded to you upon checkout if you do not go over the $250/per month SDG&E allotted energy/gas consumption. Anything over $250 will be deducted from the $500.
